As an active member of the Washburn community, Ichabod Shop receives many requests for donations from individuals and groups both on and off campus.

In keeping with our mission to support the University community, it is the policy of Ichabod Shop to donate only to on-campus organizations or for on-campus activities that benefit our students.
While we wish we could fulfill all requests, we simply cannot.

Donations are in the form of Ichabod Shop Gift Cards or merchandise from Ichabod Shop.

All requests for donations must be submitted with the following:

• A Donation Request Form, completed and including valid contact information, organization information and details of the event.
• A formal request letter from your organization or department attached to the request form.
